I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious and clean, although I expected a bit more in terms of amenities, like real cups instead of paper ones. The service was quick to help me with my requests, but there were a few hiccups during my experience. On the plus side, the hotel is in a developing area that has a lot of potential, especially if you're attending events nearby. Just be aware that the noise level can be a bit high due to its location.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and very clean, but I missed some little niceties like a kettle instead of just a coffee machine.
Service
7.0
The service was prompt, managing to upgrade my room quickly and accommodating my check-in and check-out times, but there was a moment when I felt abandoned in the elevator.
Location
7.0
The location is great for events like concerts at BC Place, but it could use better soundproofing to minimize outside noise.
Dining
8.0
I had to order breakfast through room service, which was a bit disappointing, but the food itself was fantastic and made with fresh organic products.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but there's room for improvement considering the hotel's brand reputation.

7.6/10

I had a pretty good stay overall at the resort. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere was quiet and spacious, which made it really relaxing. However, I did miss some of the little extras that I usually expect, like proper cups and a kettle. The service was accommodating and cheerful, but the dining-especially breakfast-left something to be desired as it had to be ordered through room service due to noise issues in the shared dining area.

Rooms

The room was spacious, quiet, and had one of the best views I've ever experienced. It felt very homey with plenty of storage, but I expected a few more comforts like real cups instead of paper ones and a kettle instead of just a coffee machine.

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to charming restaurants and entertainment spots. It felt like the perfect base for exploring the area while still being peaceful.
Dining

Unfortunately, the dining experience wasn't ideal as the restaurant was too noisy for breakfast. I had to rely on room service, which was convenient but also a bit disappointing.

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered stunning views and had a fantastic bathroom setup, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't seem to work well, making it quite warm during my stay. The service was excellent overall, but there was a hiccup with the elevator that wasn't ideal. The location is undergoing some redevelopment, so it might be better in the future, but it's convenient for events. Dining was a bit of a letdown as my meal had to be ordered via room service instead of enjoyed at the restaurant.

Rooms

The rooms had great views and a stellar bathroom setup, though it was too hot inside at times.

7.2/10

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall, thanks to the spacious and modern rooms with great bathrooms. While the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, I found the dining experience lacking, especially considering it's a high-end brand. The location has potential but was a bit noisier than expected due to nearby events. Overall, it's a solid choice, but with some room for improvement in certain areas.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and modern, featuring a large bathroom and a great shower. However, I missed some little touches like real cups instead of paper ones.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent; the staff was courteous and efficient, really going out of their way to help with any request.
Location
7.0
The location was good for events like those at BC Place, but I was surprised that the soundproofing wasn't better given the surroundings. It's a charming area, though with eateries and attractions within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown; the options in Salt didn't meet my expectations, and the only dining experience was through room service, which limited my choices.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent but didn't stand out as exceptional for a resort spa.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, the room I stayed in had a musty smell and lacked some of the little comforts I expect from a place of this caliber. The dining options were a bit awkward, as I had to rely on room service for breakfast, which wasn't the most convenient. Overall, I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the efforts of the staff, but the room and dining experience could use some improvement.

Rooms

The room had an unpleasant moldy smell and felt lacking in the niceties I hoped for, like real cups instead of paper ones. I expected more from a hotel like this.
Service
10.0
The staff truly went above and beyond, offering great suggestions for dining and even treating us to an appetizer on Canada Day. They quickly upgraded my room with an amazing water view and were very accommodating with early check-in and late check-out.
Location
7.0
The location was quite favorable for events at BC Place and other attractions, which was a plus. However, I found the hotel was not very soundproofed given its busy surroundings.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was ordered through room service, which added some inconvenience, and there wasn't anywhere comfortable to enjoy the meal in the room. It could definitely benefit from more dining options.
Facilities
8.0
Although I didn't use them extensively, I did notice that the hotel had some great amenities, and a lovely pool area that I think would be a nice spot to relax.
